What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people are the culture, a lot of the other things that Willowtree used to do has been cut, but I appreciate those who show up everyday trying to maintain our culture
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?CEO doesn't hear the team. Everything should be his way, even the smallest things. It makes the whole company feel frustrated and just keep working without pursuing uniqueness and greatness.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've heard from a lot of people leaving the company that have had massive increases in salaries. The culture here used to make up for if pay was on the lower end but now there haven't been COLA adjustments and a lot of those people have left.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Improve their craft and think boldly.
