Willowtree is an ok place to work - the people are its greatest asset but the compensation is low and there is very little support from management to foster any growth within the company.

Deteriorating, low-growth opportunities...but interesting work.

The people are wonderful and the reason I stay, but not loving where leadership is heading/the decisions they make.

Willowtree was a dream company for which to work. It was indeed different, apart from the rough. I'm afraid their story is like many others; all good things must come to an end. In terms of employee experience, the company continues to trend in the wrong direction. Good people are leaving.

This used to be an amazing place to work but unfortunately things have gotten a lot worse. A lot of people who really contributed to the culture here have left. We haven't had COLA for 2 years and it's significantly harder to get any sort of merit increase / promotion. A lot of people want to leave.

They are very savvy strategists and salespeople

Our leadership team values both professional and personal growth. They focus on helping to grow your career, but also facilitate training around leadership, open communication, and diversity & inclusion. They are very transparent about the company, and are open to feedback.

Base salary is competitive for the industry

Pay is very fair. Above local industry pay and above what big tech companies pay in SF and NYC when you adjust for cost of living.

I've heard from a lot of people leaving the company that have had massive increases in salaries. The culture here used to make up for if pay was on the lower end but now there haven't been COLA adjustments and a lot of those people have left.

My team always does a great job of finding a balance between supporting each other, pushing each other, and having fun, which makes it really easy to come to work most days.

My coworkers are nice and super smart. I've learned a lot from them.

Our people. We have core values that we use in hiring decisions but also to guide how we interact with each other and our clients. I've never worked at a company where core values are actually taken seriously. But at WillowTree, they are our guiding principles. I strive to be better everyday.

CEO doesn't hear the team. Everything should be his way, even the smallest things. It makes the whole company feel frustrated and just keep working without pursuing uniqueness and greatness.
