The people are wonderful and the reason I stay, but not loving where leadership is heading/the decisions they make.

I love finding creative solutions for our customers and pushing the way we thing about user experience.

I love the people I work with. They are kind, they care about my growth, and just want to help me do my best to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always does a great job of finding a balance between supporting each other, pushing each other, and having fun, which makes it really easy to come to work most days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the culture, a lot of the other things that Willowtree used to do has been cut, but I appreciate those who show up everyday trying to maintain our culture
