The monthly Salary is the best part of my compensation package
the Talent acquisition guy really helps the candidates out. He provides good tips, and a lot of material to get to know the company a bit better.
The pay is in-line with the industry. However, getting raises is complicated.
Very positive, in spite of issues with middle management and being far overworked.
The leaders are great. I think they are a solid foundation and they are great at communicating our purpose and the vision for the company.
