Salary pay could stand to be better honestly. We get about 2-3% raises which is hardly enough to cover cost of living. But other benefits far outweigh this minor issue.
Focus more on building community. There are a lot of “lone wolfs” and middle management who don’t understand the value of building relationship with their employees. Many lead by position rather than by relationship.
Hire enough employees so that the entire team can work no more than 50 hours a week. Many of us have been waiting over a year for “backfill” all while we’re carrying multiple job roles. It’s simply not sustainable.
