How much and how often do raises happen at Zerto?

The opportunity for a raise comes once per year at Zerto, during our annual merit increase review process. That's correct- merit only. "Raises" are not spread across the room, they are given to high-performers only.

Happen every year, but they're typically less than cost of living raises.
