How employees describe working at Zerto

Rapid recovery against ransomware very resilient

Simplicity and RPO/RTO service levels

No reviews and sketchy payments of commissions

Review from Sales Dept

It can be a great company to work in if you are lucky enough to get hired in a team with a caring manager, the company was not able to adapt to the Covid times and sales are down. 2 rounds of HC cut and a huge amount of high skilled talents that are leaving due to confidence reason with the company.

The product is the best, but expensive. Customers find it difficult to justify.

  • Prepare, prepare, prepare. Don't walk in blind. You can learn a ton about Zerto on our web page and you can read up on your interviewers on LinkedIn. Do both. Absolutely everyone you meet will expect you to already have a foundational understanding in the company, the product, and the role, because all of the information is available online for free. Put in the effort. Make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can take a few breaths and relax. Use the restroom. Wash your hands. Have a glass of water. Be confident- we invited you in because we want to meet you and get to know you. "Everyone gets nervous" doesn't really fly at Zerto- it's a very fast-paced environment and you will be challenged every day, so getting knocked off your game in an interview is typically looked upon as a big negative. Most importantly, be yourself. Be bold, but don't boast. You will meet with people who have done what you have and sat in the same seat. We're peers and colleagues and we act like it.
