Many positions offer quarterly bonuses. Few do not. The few that do not are the ones taking the brunt of the problems day to day. I believe that there should be a shares sharing initiative in place.
Our higher up management and leadership teams are phenomenal. When you get to lower management and leaderships at the supervisorial status things become a bit more fishy. Friends and family are often promoted over others with more value. Definitely all about who you know, not what you know.
We all know how to have fun and joke around even when stress is high. The company works to host a multitude of events for staff and their families yearly. We used to offer breakfast on paydays and if we return to office i would like to see that make a comeback.
