  • Hit or miss. There are huge holes in middle management that need to be filled. Most of the leadership team is overworked trying to cover the holes with some also having to provide engineering solutions as well as people management. However, there are some great people in leadership who care deeply about the company and their team that help to make their teams a great place to work and help foster their growth.

  • The best....now. After years of bad ideas and bad leadership, our current execs are bringing vision and new ideas to the way work gets done and they way we process requests.
