Our higher up management and leadership teams are phenomenal. When you get to lower management and leaderships at the supervisorial status things become a bit more fishy. Friends and family are often promoted over others with more value. Definitely all about who you know, not what you know.

Short-sighted plans that will have lasting ramifications. If they prioritized vision and not putting out fires due to lack of vision.
decent PTO time after a couple years
Many positions offer quarterly bonuses. Few do not. The few that do not are the ones taking the brunt of the problems day to day. I believe that there should be a shares sharing initiative in place.
Bonus' were given when I started but removed. Repeatedly told that "Zonar will look great on your resume".Be treated like a person not a cog

work life balance People are amazing
We all know how to have fun and joke around even when stress is high. The company works to host a multitude of events for staff and their families yearly. We used to offer breakfast on paydays and if we return to office i would like to see that make a comeback.
Very friendly, professional, but casual environment
We get beer on fridays some times. People are willing to volunteer to outside causes that the company pushes for.
People are treated like cogs, witch hunts happen, bad ideas aren't abandoned but doubled down on. People are stressed with no end in sight.
I loved meting with people from multiple roles within the company.

Lots of interesting problems to solve and good coworkers.
