it was good, I was able to move up in positions to eventually holding the catering manager position. But once I was there I felt I could never go higher. Position was shared with another person who did not put in as much work as me but got paid the same.

Very friendly and driven people. Most of them.

when i make the customers happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There was a lot of positive reinforcement at Jason's. They believed everyone could move up if they wanted to but there wasn't a lot of follow up when people wanted to take the next step
