What do you like best about the leadership team?

Supports the stores to support the customer

I feel like they believe in serving good food. I also like how one of their company pillers is a great place to work, however I feel like they could do more to prove that.

There was a lot of positive reinforcement at Jason's. They believed everyone could move up if they wanted to but there wasn't a lot of follow up when people wanted to take the next step

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The practice of Fair and Impartial judgment.

Knowing how to treat employees and to be more professonal

Leading. Completely incapable of reprimanding troublesome employees.

Helping more and the managers needs to tell some of the workers to work more and don't be lazy some of the employees work alot and some are just lazy on their phones

Help whenever we need to be helped and don't take advantage of us and make us work more then we have too.

Communication, listening to their employees, and respecting the posted availability of their employees.
