I feel like they believe in serving good food. I also like how one of their company pillers is a great place to work, however I feel like they could do more to prove that.
The treat you like family
Communication and everyone is pleasant
The practice of Fair and Impartial judgment.
Knowing how to treat employees and to be more professonal
Leading. Completely incapable of reprimanding troublesome employees.
Helping more and the managers needs to tell some of the workers to work more and don't be lazy some of the employees work alot and some are just lazy on their phones
Help whenever we need to be helped and don't take advantage of us and make us work more then we have too.
The 401k and annual salary of $116,000.
Weekly pay with a 401k match
Paid vacation after a year. Once youve been there 20 years you get four paid weeks. When youre starting out you get one
Bonus monthly is the best
Great options for quality insurance coverage
I was told after I was done with training I would be guaranteed 48 hours in my interview. Barely getting 40
Actually having conversations about growth and oppurtunities instead of being told, "We'll re-visit this conversation." The "re-visit conversation" never happened again.
Getting vacation pay or pto
I feel like they make me work more then the other employees and I work on the weekends and it gets bad I do two positions and it's just to much the manager don't hire people to atleast help an when they do they get lazy people that don't want to work and just be on their phones
I just feel like I should be getting paid more. I work everyday my only day off it's on Tuesdays and on the weekends it gets streeful because we don't really have people working and some of the employees there don't even help me I have two positions on Sunday and they don't bother to help me
Everyone is here for purpose and they work hard.
Family feeling supportive culture throughout
Typically hardworking people, they care enough to help you out if youre in a bind
The diversity in the staff
We work together as a team
Help more whenever we need help and the manager needs to hire more people because I do two positions on Sunday which Is recepies and line set because they can't afford hiring people and some workers are just lazy and the managers don't tell them nothing
Being more open to help out with legitimate reasons as to why one can't work an assigned shift or covering for part of an assigned shift.

It felt like they wanted to know about me.
They were personable and kept it simple.
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Everything everything is positive and the best for the company
Tell them about your absurd servant leadership.
Taking care of my employees and keeping moral up.
Highest quality food served safely
People liking rhe food rhat we make
A regular steady schedule and consistent hours.
The coworkers always having a good positive vibes
Parents and children should not be working the same location if they are not both managers or both associates. Training should be done at a different location for managment to lesson the backlash from employees who have worked for years and cant manage. This would professionalize things better.
I am constantly assigned to shifts and positions without any prior knowledge of the change and my complaints this are unheeded.

That we don't micro-manage our employees and we all have a voice.
Would love to have my own office or larger one and a room for our drivers to sleep in when they can't make it home before leaving out again.
