Room for a lot of improvements.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Help more whenever we need help and the manager needs to hire more people because I do two positions on Sunday which Is recepies and line set because they can't afford hiring people and some workers are just lazy and the managers don't tell them nothing

Being more open to help out with legitimate reasons as to why one can't work an assigned shift or covering for part of an assigned shift.
