Paid vacation after a year. Once youve been there 20 years you get four paid weeks. When youre starting out you get one

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was told after I was done with training I would be guaranteed 48 hours in my interview. Barely getting 40

Actually having conversations about growth and oppurtunities instead of being told, "We'll re-visit this conversation." The "re-visit conversation" never happened again.

Getting vacation pay or pto

I feel like they make me work more then the other employees and I work on the weekends and it gets bad I do two positions and it's just to much the manager don't hire people to atleast help an when they do they get lazy people that don't want to work and just be on their phones

I just feel like I should be getting paid more. I work everyday my only day off it's on Tuesdays and on the weekends it gets streeful because we don't really have people working and some of the employees there don't even help me I have two positions on Sunday and they don't bother to help me

If I had more hours and paid more

I do way more than, not only what my position requires, but I do almost every other position's job.
