Sooo... the company seems great to work for at first with all the comradery and wines thats given out at first. But then over time the dynamic and quality dies down. They hire just to fill spots vs finding people are could be good at their job. The managers lie to you, say one thing and do another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They seemed very easy to talk to.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have a good crew of people scheduled. When that happens the shifts always are smooth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The OGs were great. But theyre all gone now. Well all but i think 6. Everyone else need some work at their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well i applied for bartender. Was told that all spots were fillled but thwy love me and wanted me to worl anyways bit as a server and when a spot comes available, with my experience and credentials, i could move up. Its a year plus later they moved people who never bartended before to bartender.
