I've never hated a job and so fast in my life.

It started out great and I thought I was a great fit. I was promised to be a server a few months in but it has been several months now and havent heard anything else about it. There is also the fact that we have supervisors and managers playing favorites and paying them more.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Start developing leaders promote within appreciate your employees
