The atmosphere, standards, and values are great. But there's no clear direction when you have 3 different chefs telling you to do things opposite of eachother.

They usually listen well t employee issues and take care int their response.

They were all very helpful and knowledgeable about things and taught me a great deal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With a scratch kitchen being as much work as it and as detailed as it is its pay matches your plain Jane steak house for half the work and half the pressure. Making the joys of cooking and hard work feel unrewarded.
