Some great people you will meet and become friends. This translate to helping each other out on the floor

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low pay for such high expectations. No quarterly, yearly or monthly bonuses/raises. If you cross-train to another position it's a $0.50 raise.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People will help out when necessary or will work together. People do pick up shifts (sometimes) but understaffing is so common due to high turnover.
