I like my job, but I feel like I don't have a voice and that my manager doesn't care about me. I have come to really not care much about my work. The company has no culture and is bleeding talent.

They set an excellent, clear strategy and are executing upon it effectively
What are some of the best things about your team?
We interact well and have a good bond, given the limited time we spent together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is fine, but we are expected to put in unnecessary facetime and work long hours. No work life balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Encourage work life balance and PTO. And improve the middle/senior management -- there needs to be a 360 review process. Too often, the managers with the loudest voice win.
