As previously mentioned, the autonomy for me is the most attractive feature of the culture. The ability to allow experienced professionals to govern themselves towards their personal and the company success. I do worry with the new workforce changes, that defining feature will soon be lost.
The people are great and we have the freedom to be ourselves and manage our day

We still need to grow our company culture; however, Larry and the ELT have done a good job since 2020 to improve the overall culture of APFM.
I love that each piece is part of the puzzle. We all have a significant impact in the company's success. The leadership team is willing to hear us out as employees and make changes for the greater good!

Better perks/employee engagement, especially for those who are forced to occupy the corporates offices while the majority of co-workers are able to work form home

Better salaries, better bonus programs. You need to clean house with some senior leaders who don't know how to lead.
Replace toxic management and stop the constant, phony "cheerleading".
Better communication about the reasons behind changes. It might help some employees to accept the changes and not fight against them.
Encourage work life balance and PTO. And improve the middle/senior management -- there needs to be a 360 review process. Too often, the managers with the loudest voice win.
