Onboarding during the pandemic was a little challenging but the communication and leadership made it better

You make it what you want it to be. Here, we have a group of talented folks that are highly motivated to do great work that really makes an impact. There's a chance to do great work if you are motivated, speak up, take what's yours, and keep egomaniacs at bay.

Aside from the non-competitive salary, the work is quality and the people are easy to work with.

Working for APFM has mostly been a very positive experience, although I feel that my compensation does not reflect the length of time I've spent with the company and the amount of responsibilities I've since taken on.

While only having been here for 6 months, it's been great. I'm challenged to learn all parts of the business in order to be successful in my own role. Everyone is open and willing to help but I still feel my experience that I bring to my team is critical in the success of the team.

The leadership team needs to communicate their goals to each department and make overall strategy clearer. They also need to take a more active role in understanding each level/component of the business -- it is clear they don't try to learn about what some teams do.

We put a lot of creative work in and we do not get paid enough for it. There's almost no room for negotiation.

Though I recently received a raise, it was very long overdue compared to the tasks and roles I have filled since my first day on the job. My salary is still not competitive relative to the field in which I work.

First, I'd like to clarify that the compensation is not terrible; however, as someone who regularly puts in long hours to ensure that deadlines are met and to learn new skills for the company yet does not receive OT, it can be a bit troubling.

The compensation is fine, but we are expected to put in unnecessary facetime and work long hours. No work life balance.

They are kind, most of them are attentive, and they care about what they do.

Employees seem engaged across APFM departments. I definitely don't get a sense that people are unhappy or disengaged.

People that care. and want to do great work. they are high performers hungry for good work that makes a difference.

The "empathic expert" ideal / goal is the most positive thing about this company, and everyone does their best to aim for this.

Inter-team communication and camaraderie is very positive and inspiring

Encourage work life balance and PTO. And improve the middle/senior management -- there needs to be a 360 review process. Too often, the managers with the loudest voice win.
