They are responsive and reliable. We can interact easily because everyone understands learning is a lifelong process, and egos hardly ever get in the way of that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though I recently received a raise, it was very long overdue compared to the tasks and roles I have filled since my first day on the job. My salary is still not competitive relative to the field in which I work.
