Great communication and support amongst the team members. Good camaraderie. We complement each other - strengths and weaknesses.

Being able to achieve reasonable goals. Having the latitude and autonomy to accomplish goals in an effective, efficient manner.

The Executive Leadership team communicates with all employees on a somewhat regular basis. Updating us on business status and strategy in general.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that we are primarily "work from home." The most positive thing is the immediate team camaraderie, mutual respect and support.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are essentially a technology company, but the technology we use to support and track our immediate work responsibilities and processes is extremely manual and prone to error. Other issue from my perspective is some leadership is slow to make decisions - too many layers of approval.
