I like the changes - they make sense and the vision is clearer than it used to be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comp plan is generous for the job we do. The PTO points is nice. Wonderful time off.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding moves - I am very motivated by sales. But I also like hearing I am doing a good job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly believe we are helping and guiding families. Most people that work from APFM are kind, considerate and thankful to be employed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My group of coworkers is some of the most negative I have ever seen in any workplace I've ever been employed. The team meetings are arduous.
