I am less than 2 yrs in and feel good about what I am doing. I believe there is more opportunity to understand that as an HSLA it is a different job than a regular SLA and metrics and expectations should be different. Also, commission should be higher.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am getting good, qualified leads and have families that are moving forward in the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is invested in me and cares about me as a person. My RVP is very receptive to feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all helping families with finding care options for loved ones. All are helping to provide the best options we can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful and tries to help each other out with any issues, questions or if an advisor is more versed in a certain area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quotas are the same every month when we know that certain months are slower than others due to holidays and such. Quotas should be based off move in trends. When we historically see lower move in rates for a certain month we should be taken into account. I also feel that commissions should be higher
