Seem smart, driven, focused, and organized. They also care about the culture of the organization and its people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Goal setting does not seem fair. You are punished for having a good month with the next months quota. and for those people who had a bad month, they are rewarded the next month with soft goals. It does not seem to factor in real opportunities. It just manages bonus compensations
