I think we laugh a lot. On our team, but also across the whole company, people are usually in a good mood and have a sense of humor.

I believe I'm paid fairly for the work I'm doing, and that our bonus and annual comp reviews are not subjective popularity contests, but are pretty rigorous and based on actual contributions.

Very tight group, some of whom have been working together for many years. I think we share a real sense of common goals - not blaming people for things, but solving problems together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even in a remote environment, we maintain a decent team sense - we've managed to get together physically and/or virtually. I like that we feel like a team even when we can't all be together.

Now that we're beginning to return to the office, you can feel the culture coming back to life. We were a tight knit group before Covid and now that we're seeing each other again, it feels like we're hitting a new stride.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a mix of people who have been at Act! for decades and some who have been here for just a few months. Everyone here is generous with their time and genuinely excited to have new people (and new ideas) join the team.
