I'm generally quite happy and content with my job, the company, and the people I work with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not sure that anything is very wrong from my perspective. I'm generally happy and content with my place in this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is nice. Sometimes I wish it were actual compensation, like it used to be, but it's nice to have one less thing to manage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along really well, and there is mutual respect for everyone's intelligence and different life experiences. I love my team like a second family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There seems to be a large amount of mutual respect, and everyone gets along really well. It's hard to work together when people are clashing on a personal level. I feel extremely fortunate that I am not experiencing that, currently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly don't have much contact with the executive team. My own manager is great. Once instructions are given, I have autonomy to solve the problems in the best way possible, and they are always responsive when I need help. That is all I ask!
