I have been with Act! for a long time and have seen it evolve over the years. I have to say the current state of the company is the best it has ever been even under the COVID circumstances. The transparency of the leadership team and making Act! a great place to work is like no other!

I have had a positive experience since I started at Act! I love the start-up feel and know that I can be challenged as much as I choose. Employees really seem to care about each other and the company which is refreshing.

The leadership team is very transparent and continually communicates on a weekly basis on the health of the company.

We have a small team but collaborate and work well together. Everyone jumps in when needed even if the tasks are not part of their job description.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The HR and leadership teams actively listen to employee's concerns and make changes quickly. They keep us engaged even with the challenges of working remote since COVID.

The Culture Club (an extension of the HR team) creates exciting events/rewards to engage the staff. Keeping it fresh has been a challenge during COVID but they have consistently come up with unique ideas.
