I have been able to grow my knowledge and I feel like I can take these experiences with me if/when needed. The culture is not bad at all. I can't name a single person that I do not enjoy seeing when we're in office. Everyone is helpful and always willing to give you a hand when needed.

The compensation/pay should reflect in employees who show up, work hard, and help the company.

My direct manager puts effort into our team both on a personal level and a professional level.

My team is great. We work together well, we all want each other to learn/grow inside and outside the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe out company really does care about employees physical/mental state. They understand person needs and know the best work will get done when employees are healthy/happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued here, however I also know we are all easily replaceable. I do hope annual reviews and pay increases reflect our hard work this year.
