The compensation does quantify the invaluable and indispensable nature of the position in correlation with the quality of work that has been performed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The melange of departments/sensibilities/personalities that were present during my interview left no questions unanswered. I left my interview with a comprehensive understanding of what was expected of me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The verbalized chant is one of receptive and amenable praise. I believe that most our group is willing to evolve for the betterment of the company as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
The the unbridled opportunity and ability to create while being cognizant of the fact that my skills/ talents are applicable to the company as a whole and not just a specific department.
