Flexible work environment and strong vacation package that allows me to equally prioritize my growing family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but budget constraints make it difficult to argue for a pay raise. I would actually like to know if I am being paid fairly for the work I am doing which is above and beyond my job description.

The salary is just a bit lower but that is also outdoor industry standard.
