That the executive team and the employees remain positive and supportive of each other. Taking the initiative is welcomed.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm making a contribution to the success of the company. Having a sense of purpose and being part of a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but budget constraints make it difficult to argue for a pay raise. I would actually like to know if I am being paid fairly for the work I am doing which is above and beyond my job description.
