Open to new ideas, they don't micromanage, and lots of autonomy. Forward and innovative thinkers.

I only had to talk to two people! They responded quickly and I was hired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are passionate about their brands, they are able to do what they love doing in their spare time. It's a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonus, rich benefits, flexible time off, EAP, sick bank, industry discounts, we've been given the last week of December off for several years. We have access to our online education courses, onsite yoga, gym.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork, we work really good together, every member is strong in their position. We collaborate and communicate well together and help each other out. We are a highly motivated group & get things done well and efficiently.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I'm making a difference in the lives or our employees and customers. I am able to come up with new programs and I ideas that will engage those who we touch. Working with great people. Learning something new every day. Seeing a project completed successfully.
