Q&A With Active Interest Media Employees

Asked to the Business Development Department at Active Interest Media

  • Top Employee Response

Opportunity is here if you take advantage of them. If you're open with your manager on your goals and aspirations they'll coach you how to get ahead. Raise your hand, ask for more responsibility, take on a project, all of these things have helped me rise through the ranks. My career path is my responsibility and I take advantage of all the smart and talented people around here. Rewarding experience.

  • What tends to happen is they fire a big chunk of people and then they put that work on the remaining people that still work there, but you're ALSO still responsible for the work you were originally assigned. There is a severe level of burnout at AIM.
