We are moving in the wrong direction with expexting our customers to ajust to our needs not us to theirs. We are also making up sales with fees. We can't sake more because we lack the ability to service the custoners we have let alone taje on more. We no longer care.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not lustening to anyone other than our VP of Operations who is nothing short of a customers worse nightmare!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No obe interacts because we are tio afraud to say anything that may be taken as offensive or rude. We ard operating on Feelings nit Facts!!! I am all about respect and safety but we are going too far and soon there will be no coming back.
