collaborative culture, open minded, personable.
What makes you most happy at work?
opportunities to build qualified pipeline that will result in a big W2 for me, growth for the company and hopefully a promotion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have an "open doors" policy that makes them very approachable and they're clearly enthusiastic about our goals and lead from the front.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is friendly and seems to be happy to be at Alida. There seems to be a culture that wants to advance people in their careers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having had unlimited flex time for several years and a month of PTO before that I was a little shocked to find out I only have two weeks of PTO every year. Medical premiums are a little more expensive than what I'm accustomed to as well.
