I'm a newer higher at Alida and I have overwhelmingly positive things to say about my experience. There have obviously been hiccups with an 100% remote environment, but that considered, I feel like the organization supports my department, values my contributions, and welcomes my ideas.

Alida has a good grasp of what elements of employee culture truly matter, especially considering our remote reality right now. Saying thank you. Celebrating new hires and promotions and wins. Encouraging people to take time off. CEO personally engaging with staff. These little things add up
