My experience at the company has been exciting because I witnessed the arrival of the new management team and the momentum and new initiatives they put into place which are already resulting in new opportunities and growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is the feeling that we are all working towards a common goal as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package are the built in additional paid leave we get which allows us the flexibility to build these in to big, unexpected life events, like being invited to a wedding etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are an inter-disciplinary team which always looks to help each other, as a starting point. The first thought is always to think of who is best placed to help, rather than rely on formal jobs and responsibilities with everyone staying within their remit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like best how approachable, transparent and willing to help they are. They are very authentic and consistently follow through on all their commitments to help. They are also empathetic listeners who approach issues with an open, problem-solving mindset and encourage everyone else to do the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about our culture is how much of a priority and focus it is, which means that their is a deliberate focus from the top down to make it as good as it can be, and this is constantly worked on and never taken for granted.
