There has some been ups, downs and periods of stagnance but this time around, I feel very positive with the changes and where we are headed.

I've been in the company for a long time and I watched it grow from start up and am seeing great things this time around. I'm excited.
What makes you most happy at work?
New challenges and mostly, the people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive attitude all around and very adaptable to changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The extended health and the reasonable bonus when we perform well.

Innovative, helpful, great collaborations and most importantly, empathetic and understanding. It's a great combination for an environment to grow.

I feel very strong and positive with the leadership team. Most importantly, I continue to grow and learn. So why leave?

We collaborate well, able to jump in at any moment to meet deadlines and most importantly, humour! We can laugh about a lot of things as we try to reach our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency, empathetic, embracing people for who they are and respect! Humour is welcomed. When you are in a good culture and environment, it's easy to just focus on the work that needs to be done.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with is primary and the goal we are working to achieve! A good culture and environment leaves you only one thing to do, focus on your work and let the creativity begin!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear vision and what makes it clear is, they regularly communicate back to employees. After a vision is finally executed, the results were expected or at least close to. The company finally have grown for the better.
