We have a very clear open communication culture. We have challenger moments but the t typically works out.

Diversity of cultures, experience and gender. Tension with an outcome is rewarded for the greater good of our clients and people. The executive also encourages trying new and different approaches with no penalty for failure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work hard and smart. We challenge and we celebrate together. We call time out when we sense instability. Example..Ross will spontaneously give a day off, when he senses the team needs fresh air and fuel up. I have never seen that done in any company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a team of very talented, creative, and passionate people that want to test the norm in order to drive a greater outcome. This diversity in people and culture mirrors our clients when ch is why we see a 100 percent renewal rate in our install base and a 5% attrition rate in region.
