They are all experienced and skilled professionals trying their best to keep the capricious and clueless CEO bootlicks off our backs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct supervisor sees the garbage that upper-management foists on it's "little people" and rolls with it. She get it and trys not to dump on her people.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Lose a few layers of interviews and meetings. Have people who actually have some sort of idea about what the position is and what it entails doing the interviewing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone knows that the blight from AHA starts at the top and trickles down though upper management. It will never change as the folks in upper management are all fat and happy in their positions. "Same as it ever was!"
