  • Pointless. I knew several people who went to HR with very valid complaints or feedback about other staff that went unanswered or was swept under the rug. Made for a near hostile work environment when you report things and are told there is nothing that can be done about it.

  • Work life balance was not as expected--or as the mission itself proclaims it will be. We are told that the work week will be 37.5 hours, yet most employees work 50+. My experience was one of nonstop emails on weekends and PTO days with demands for quick replies.
