What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home. Being busy and bringing something to the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance, paid time off and 401K are just a few amazing parts about the benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all on the same page and moving in the same direction. They are approachable and really care about all employees, not just their own teams. They have open and honest communication and are transparent with their message.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are open and honest and have a cohesive team. We lean on one another's strengths and help each other grow and learn. We pitch in where needed even though it may not be "our job". I've never heard one employee say "that's not my job".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has fun at work but get's the job done. There is a great work life balance and it shows. We have weekly meetings to touch base with our team and other teams across the organization. We have weekly happy hours to get to know one another, outside of work.
