Amplify's engagement and investment in the community we serve is the biggest aspect of of culture--and I love that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team hears out any and all ideas without fail. Even if they disagree, I've never once been shut down--and they'll even think through whatever presented to see if they can change their stance!
