I have never worked with a company that is involved so much in employees and truly invest into them.. My department is where I feel low on totem poll but as a company I couldn't have found a better place to call home

They're very uplifting and appreciative of the work that we do
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work that I do here, I like the control as well as the flexibility to maintain my own personal life
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family, I enjoy the fact that I talk to people from all areas and we all have a sense of togetherness.. even while remote

We act like a family, we help each other as if it was our own work. We lean on each other for support both with work and personal/ Mental
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company going on 2 years now and I have asked for advancement as Im a top performer. The Excuse that I was given was there was no metric in place yet for advancement from tier 2 to 3. When an opportunity came up I wasn't even considered, I was passed over. This was a year ago
