Amplify's work atmosphere has been a breath of fresh air. It's been a culture shock and stress less working around individuals that enjoy what they do. Its been a pleasure to be apart of this Amplify Home.

The environment and people I work with is what keeps working at Amplify. Yes, I can make more money elsewhere but sometime the atmosphere and environment make more of a difference!

that everyday is something different and the work being preformed is not repetitious

my team communicate really well and we are able to share open views without offending one another.

Being able to have a conversation to agree to disagree and that each work day brings a new light of hope to learning something new.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing I have a boss that cares as much for my team as I do and is willing to guide me with direction when asked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
via being paid under market value for the work I do I would much love to be compensated at the 90% of my market value for not only my educational knowledge but for my full expertise in the job, loyalty, and money I save the company within everything I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for the skillset and knowledge/education level with work that is assigned in comparison to the market right now I am under paid by $30K annually via communication with other professionals in my field at other companies. Amplify is a great company but is known to compensate low with it's employees
