I've been with Amplify for almost 9 years and have moved up/been promoted at least 3 times. We have a great leadership team with a vast amount of knowledge and I truly feel like I learn something new on a weekly basis- if not more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k matching, pension, and profit sharing. The commission/incentives are very competitive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with co-workers and brokers to find solutions that work best for the borrowers/members
What are some of the best things about your team?
That it feels like we truly are a team. We're able to come together to discuss and resolve issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There truly is an "open door" policy even with working remotely. I know that I can always call my direct manager if I need something as well as reach out to the executive team to address any comments or concerns.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amplify truly has a culture unlike anywhere I've previously worked and I love that the culture is absolutely paramount in the hiring process. People are very much free to be open and be themselves and this is celebrated rather than just tolerated- like it may be other places.
