So far it has been nothing but pleasant. I'm in a new role for myself so there are times it is challenging but I feel great when I accomplish the goals I set for myself. I get great feedback from my direct manager.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall I enjoy the tasks of my job and the people I work with. The only thing I wish that was a little better is the time off portion. I dropped significantly in the amount of time off I can take here versus other institutions I've worked for.

Accomplishing my workload and helping others succeed.

We all work together to accomplish the main goal of the department. Communicate daily.

Feeling accomplished and continuing to learn and grow, taking on additional tasks to help the team.

Very open and honest with communication and makes it clear any input is accepted - good and bad
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall the environment is a pleasant one, everyone is nice to one another and respectful of the work of each department.

I like how transparent they are about everything. They do what they say they will and do not hide things from employees.

Everyone from fellow employees, managers and senior managers are all easy to talk to and get along with. We all do what we can for the membership and communities.
